Mango-Cashew Smoothie

This calming, rich in vitamins smoothie strengthens the immune system and reduces acidity in the body. It’s a delicious fruity and creamy Nut-milk, and it is also said that this smoothie ensures beautiful skin.
Ingredients:
75 g cashews
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 mango peeled and cut in pieces
300ml water
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. If the smoothie comes out a little on the thick side you can add some more water.
