Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup quick oats (or 1/4 cup oat flour)
2 Tbsp. flax seed (milled, or chia seed)
1 banana (large)
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (i.e. strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, etc)
I used chia seeds and frozen blueberries.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend all ingredients into a smoothie.
Add more honey if neededto reach desired sweetness.
Store in the fridge, best in a mason jar, for up to 3 days.
