Fig – Vanilla Smoothie

The fig – vanilla smoothie is slightly sweet and ideal for restless and anxious people. Potassium and lots of fibers have a calming effect on the Mind/Body system. This smoothie is also a blood builder and strengthens muscles and bones.
Ingredients:
4 small or 2 large figs
2 pears
2 handful spinach leaves
¼ vanilla pod or 2 drops vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients and add some water as needed.
