Digestive Smoothie recipe

This smoothie helps to break up proteins from foods, enhances digesting and hydrates the body.

2 handful kale

1 carrot

1 green apple (deseeded)

1 small papaya (peeled and deseeded)

water (roughly half a cup)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy. 😋
