Berry Ice Cream the Healthy Way

Ingredients:
¼ cup walnuts
1:banana
1 avocado
2 cups frozen berries of your choice (I used blueberries)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Enjoy it right away as a soft sorbet or place in freezer for a couple of hours until set.
