Your Ultimate Guide to Healthy Living

These days no one can avoid being nutritionally deficient. Not even those of us who eat a whole food, organic, non-GMO diet. Most of the foods we eat these days come from soils and animals that are nutrient deficient. There are numerous reasons for our nutrient depleted soils such as soil erosion, deforestation, monoculture crops… the list goes on and on, but what’s really shocking is that today, we would have to eat 60 cups of spinach to get the same amount of nutrients that we would get from a cup of spinach from the 1930s!! And that’s just spinach. What about all the other fruits and vegetables?!

Nutrient deficiencies are significant because they contribute to many of the chronic conditions we suffer from such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, dementia, osteoporosis… etc. So, what can we do about it?

One simple and effective way to address nutritional deficiency is with Catalyn, a nutritional supplement

developed by Dr. Royal Lee in 1929. He created it for his mother who was becoming elderly and frail. It is the oldest multivitamin in the US and is made from 12 raw foods that contain numerous vitamins, minerals, trace minerals and enzymes. The ingredients used to make Catalyn are derived from organically grown foods that are cultivated in nutrient dense soils that have never been exposed to chemicals – no herbicides or insecticides. Within 20 minutes of being harvested, the foods are vacuum-dried at a temperature no higher that 70 degrees F, preserving vital enzymes and nutrients. This allows Catalyn to support the activation of enzyme systems and the overall wellness of the entire body.

Could scars be making you sick or keep you from healing?

First, to understand what interference fields are, we need to understand a little about our nervous system – our brain, spinal cord and all the nerves that run through our body and communicate with our brain what’s occurring inside and outside our body. Our nervous system is broken down into two very basic parts – our voluntary (which we have conscious control over) and involuntary, or autonomic nervous system (which we have no conscious control over).

The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is in charge of functions such as digestion, running our immune system, breathing, keeping our heart beating, our endocrine system, healing and that “gut feeling” we get, just to name a few. It is truly an incredible system – constantly monitoring and adjusting our internal environment. A large portion of our ANS runs through our skin via nerve fibers. Very important messages about our internal and external environment are constantly moving through these nerve fibers giving very important directions to our bodies’ systems in order to maintain homeostasis, healing and wellbeing. If these pathways become disturbed, then the important messages sometimes don’t get to the target organs or part of the body that rely on this information to function properly and stay healthy.

These disturbances are called interference fields because they interfere with the message highway that runs through our body. It’s like a roadblock that prevents important messages from reaching their target. Interference fields are things like scars, wounds, rashes, surgical scars, tattoos, and piercings. Basically, anything that creates a disruption in the skin. Even dental procedures such as root canals can create interference fields. These areas can store energy and toxins and then randomly discharge causing chaos along their pathways. This can lead to countless symptoms and chronic conditions that can’t be diagnosed through routine exams and blood work. According to Dr. Christine Schaffner,” Interference fields can be roadblocks to healing. Once identified, the body can self-regulate and heal.”

At Bioenergetic Wellness Center of Boerne we are able to help you find these active interference fields and address them in a way that allows your body to self-regulate and heal, helping you to get back to optimal wellness and vitality.
